Paul Pivcevic
Paul is an experienced consultant, coach and systemic constellator with more than 20 years of work in organisational development and change across Europe and the US. Clients have included utilities, industrial engineering, biotech, banking, charities, and retail. His interest in complex systems drew him to Regenesis in the US with whom he trained in regenerative practice in 2018. He now draws on the long legacy of regenerative philosophy and its practical application, combining this with his understanding of organisational dynamics and change leadership, to work with clients to draw on their deep potential to create value offerings that contribute to both social and ecological renewal..
Paul lives with his wife in an empty nest in the city of Bath in the west of England. He’s particularly interested in how a regenerative approach can be a resource to designing a new kind of economy that re-frames wealth, justice and well-being.

Simon Dawson
Simon has been a consultant and coach focused on change leadership for over 20 years. Clients have included Unilever, Honda, the UK Ministry of Defence, St Monica Trust and St James’s Place. Before this Simon was a soldier, worked in the global telecoms industry and was an outdoors instructor.
In recent years Simon has been using Nature as a vehicle for developing leaders’ approach to complex change. As part of that work he now leads a regenerative business in England’s Forest of Dean. This involves a ‘wilding’ programme that, as well as enriching the local ecology, also engages the business’ stakeholders, inviting them to think and feel differently.
Simon currently lives with his family in the middle of the ‘wilding’ experience, which offers daily delights and surprises as Nature has its way.
He has a diploma in executive coaching and a master’s degree in ‘leading and change in organisations’.
What we do
We are dedicated to supporting you as organisational leaders and entrepreneurs in generating value into our uncertain future.
If you’re a business, we start by getting to know you, your people, and your deepest ‘why’. We are skilled in helping you find a unique expression for this aspiration in the systems within which you are nested. We will support you and your fellow leaders to shake off the mechanistic paradigm that is holding back new value creation, and put your customers’ desire to thrive and create value in their own lives and with their own customers at the heart of your strategy. We build the capability and will in your people to keep growing and evolving the promise they can make to your customers. See also our seminar series.
If you are a public service you’ll want want local citizens, local communities to thrive. The focus is again value. We have facilitated and participated in many local planning processes. Conventional engagement rarely gets to the source of what local people find meaningful, yet this source - often expressed in a ‘story of place’ - is what wants to keep regenerating. We will help you tap into this source so as to enable a fresh energy and sense of agency to emerge not only to take the community to a different level but build the capability for this process to keep evolving. A regenerative approach derives from a deep understanding of how Nature works: the fundamental principles that enable growth and thriving across multiple systems.
