Chris Thewlis, Customer Services Director and now Chief Operating Officer, knew the only way to improve was to connect to the spirit of Npower’s people, their good will, their desire to provide great service, and to treat customers as whole people with a life beyond their energy bill.  Npower are now No. 2 with the highest scores of any supplier through the pandemic.
